The Rover Pack is the bag that made Topo Designs' name, and the Classic keeps the original squared-off, flap-top silhouette that borrowed its lines from 1970s mountaineering packs. At 20 litres it lands in the sweet spot between a school bag and a weekend pack — room for a laptop, a layer and lunch without the bulk or the technical clutter of a hiking pack — and the two-tone colour blocking still reads as Topo from across a train platform.
Topo builds it in Vietnam from three weights of recycled nylon, putting the heaviest cloth where the abuse lands, so the pack ages into something worn-in rather than worn out.
