The Patagonia Black Hole Mini MLC 30L is a downsized version of Patagonia's Maximum Legal Carry-On, cut to clear the tighter carry-on limits that more airlines keep imposing. It's built for one-bag travel on shorter trips: a big, clean main compartment with two interior organization pockets, plus a padded laptop pocket that fits most 15" machines and zips open to lie flat at security.
Three carry modes — backpack, shoulder or cross-body bag, or duffel — and every strap tucks away when you're not using it. The padded, stowable hip belt doubles as the shoulder strap, an exterior stretch-mesh pocket takes a water bottle, and a wide webbing loop on the back panel works as a grab handle or slides over rolling-luggage handles. The body is 300-denier 100% postconsumer recycled polyester ripstop with a postindustrial recycled TPU-film laminate, over a bluesign approved lining. Fair Trade Certified sewn.
