The women's-specific Tempest Velocity 30 carries that load with a running-vest-inspired harness and a flexible backpanel that keeps the weight tracking your spine rather than swinging behind it.

Osprey builds it from bluesign® APPROVED recycled nylon with a PFAS-free DWR finish, and the harness tunes across a wide torso range. Two women's fits: WXS/S and WM/L.
