The Dexter is a straightforward school backpack that does the boring things well. Its 27.6 litres across 18 x 12 x 7.8 inches swallow a term's worth of books, and a padded sleeve inside the main compartment keeps a 15.6-inch laptop from knocking about with them. The colour-matched lining, divider and zip pocket mean the small things stay findable.
