Db built the Ramverk Alu out of custom-engineered aluminium components and then did away with the rivets, so the shell reads as one clean surface and any part that ever needs replacing can simply be unbolted. A centre frame runs the length of the case as a spine, stiffening it against twist and soaking up the knocks that baggage handling hands out, while an edge frame guards the corners that take the worst of it.
The trolley sits in a unibody aluminium housing that braces the whole handle path — it feels solid in a way telescoping handles usually do not.
