What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in new, sellable condition.
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and labels must be included.
- The item must not show signs of travel, wear, odor, stains, scratches, wheel use, or removed tags.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Empire Luggage Center reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Can I return my online order in store?
Yes. Online orders may be returned in person at our retail location for free, as long as the item qualifies under our return policy.

Do I have to pay a return shipping fee if I return in store?
No. Returning an eligible item in store is FREE. Return shipping fees only apply if you choose to ship the item back to us.
How do I start a return?
Returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

- Ship the item back with tracking or return it in person.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed if the item meets our return conditions.
What should I bring for an in-store return or exchange?
Please bring the item in new, unused, sellable condition with the original tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Items that are used, damaged, missing packaging, missing tags, or show signs of travel may not be accepted.
Are sale items returnable?
Items discounted 35% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.
Can I exchange an online order in store?
Yes. Eligible online orders may be exchanged in store for free, depending on item condition and current inventory availability. Please bring your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.
What is your exchange policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges depend on current inventory availability.

- If the new item is higher in price, the customer pays the difference.
- If the new item is lower in price, store credit may be applied.
Who pays for exchange shipping?
If you choose to ship an item back for exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping. Empire Luggage Center covers shipping for approved replacement items. Eligible exchanges may also be completed in store for free, depending on product condition and current inventory availability.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, received, and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If you do not see your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or reach out to us.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can Empire Luggage Center refuse a return or exchange?
Yes. Empire Luggage Center reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements, appear used or damaged, are missing original packaging or tags, or show excessive or abusive return patterns.
